Homemade Sour Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup lime juice (1 cup if you prefer a more tart flavor profile)

  • 1 cup granualted sugar

  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Boil the cup of water, and add in the sugar and stir until dissolved. (This mixture is simple syrup! We also have a separate recipe just for this, so click the link to check it out)


In a large jar/pitcher/storage container, combine the simple syrup, lime juice, and lemon juice. Stir mixture and chill in the refrigerator (store up to 7 days).
